Welcome to SutureNote.AI ("SutureNote," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SutureNote mobile application, web platform, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By signing up or subscribing, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be a licensed healthcare provider, or authorized staff under the supervision of such a provider, to use SutureNote.
By using the Services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
2. Subscriptions & Billing
Subscription Plans: SutureNote offers paid subscription plans. Details of pricing, billing cycles, and features are disclosed at signup.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
Cancellations: You may cancel anytime via your account settings. Access will continue until the end of the billing cycle.
Refunds: Payments are non-refundable, except as required by law.
3. Use of Services
You may use the Services solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms
You agree not to misuse or attempt to reverse-engineer the software, models, or infrastructure.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
4. Protected Health Information (PHI) & Privacy
SutureNote is designed to help capture, transcribe, and structure clinical documentation.
We maintain safeguards in line with HIPAA and other applicable privacy laws.
You remain the Covered Entity or Authorized User responsible for ensuring compliance when entering patient data.

5. Intellectual Property
All software, models, documentation, and branding are owned by SutureNote.AI.
You retain ownership of your own content, including patient documentation, subject to applicable privacy laws.
By using the Services, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services
6. Medical Disclaimer
SutureNote provides documentation assistance, not medical advice.
The Services are not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace professional medical judgment.
You remain solely responsible for clinical decisions and outcomes.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SutureNote is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of data, downtime, or reliance on AI-generated documentation.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the Services, or engage in fraudulent activity.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
