• Account Information (username, subscription details)
• Payment Information: Subscription billing is managed securely by third-party processors (e.g., App Store, Stripe). Suturenote.ai does not store credit card data.
• Usage Data: Device information, IP address, and usage logs to improve app performance.
• Clinical Data/PHI: If you input PHI into Suturenote.ai, such data is encrypted and stored in compliance with HIPAA.

6. Limitation of Liability for In-Patient Use

• Suturenote.ai is a clinical support tool. Eaglebees, Inc. does not provide medical advice and is not responsible for clinical outcomes or patient care decisions.
• The accuracy and appropriateness of all documentation remain the sole responsibility of the physician or clinician.

7. Subscription and Account Management

• Subscriptions are purchased via the Website or App Store.
• Payments and renewals are managed by third-party processors (e.g., Apple, Google, Stripe).
• Users may cancel their subscription via the App Store or their Suturenote.ai account.

8. Data Security

• Encryption in transit and at rest
• Access control, MFA, and logging.
• Annual HIPAA and SOC 2 compliance reviews.

9. Children

• Suturenote.ai is not for use by individuals under 18.

10. International Users

• Suturenote.ai is operated in the United States. By using it outside the U.S., you consent to data transfer to the U.S.
